Brendon, Steve and Kevin are enjoying a few ‘Big Man’ beers in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on Independence day. They are made by Brendon’s bother in law and are enjoyed in District 12 with some local BBQ.
Looks like a feast with some great beers, thanks for sharing with The Tipsy Nomads guys.
Well this is a fantastic picture!
Alora and Josh from www.aloraandjosh.com took this picture in Chiang Mai in northern Thailand.
After a day of riding elephants and trekking through the jungle, Josh cracks open a cold beer ‘Chang’ with his favorite elephant and woody the mahout (elephant trainer)
For those that don’t know ‘Chang’ means elephant in Thai.
The Tipsy Nomads: Thanks for sending this picture in. Looks like a great day and a very unusual pose with the Elephant. (That beer looks good)
A great picture from The Drinking Traveller (@DrinkTraveller)
Drinking a badly poured Asahi draft in a beer garden on the roof-top terrace beer garden of the Meitetsu Biru (building) in central Nagoya, Japan. We were competing to see which nationality could drink the most, but at around 16 beers each, there were certainly no winners here. The panda mask is a mystery even to me I’m afraid.

The Tipsy Nomads: Thanks for the great picture Roy, love it (as well as your Panda suit). If you like a drink people check out the Drinking Travellers website, a great subject matter 🙂
Tyson from Sydney, Australia is enjoying a Victoria Bitter Long neck while bopping away at an illegal dance party in a park.
This section of the Great Wall of China is called Mutianyu. After an almost vertical climb of 500 metres of granite steps a refreshing Tsing Tao beer was fantastic.
Thanks and great pic!
This is yours truly, Brenden from The Tipsy Nomads and my mate Ben. We are having a beer and a catch up at the Hard Rock Cafe in Manila.
It’s a San Miguel Light if I am not mistaken. It was a great night, and I couldn’t wait for the photo to be taken before I had another swig.
When the Black Eyed Peas performed in Manila they were sponsored by the San Miguel Brewery. San Miguel is the largest brewery in the Philippines and they erected these massive balloons of each type of beer they sell at the back of the concert grounds.
I like this picture that shows how many people use cameras and phones to film at concerts.
The beer are from L – R, Pale Pilsen, Premium All-Malt, Super Dry, Cerveza Negra, Red Horse, Strong Ice, San Mig Light and Gold Eagle
The Tipsy Nomads: Great action shot. Thanks for sharing
Rakia is Bulgaria’s national spirit, tasting somewhere between whisky and a fruity brandy. Here in a secret distillery in a village in the Balkan Mountains, I’m learning how to make my own… over the course of 14 hours we managed to produce 40 litres of apple Rakia, weighing in at roughly 60% alcohol!
The Tipsy Nomads: Darmon from The Bohemian Blog has sent us in this great action shot of alcohol in the making. Very unusual and interesting and I love it. Thanks for taking the time to send it in. If you are looking for a blog that is a bit different, check out Darmon’s site. He went to Australia and spent 5 weeks exploring underground tunnels and drains! Some great pictures there as well.
Katie McGrain from Around the World In Katie Days has sent in this picture. Taken at Mount Snow, Vermont, USA.
This XX beer was the thirst quenching prize at the end of a 10 mile long Tough Mudder. They spent 5 hours running up and down a mountain, jumping off cliffs, rolling through mud and getting electrocuted- all for a beer! Worth it? Definitely.
The Tipsy Nomads: Wow! Just Wow. That sure is a tough way to earn a beer. It must have tasted pretty good after all that exercise. What better way to celebrate than with a beer!
Jay has sent in a picture of Clara and Candice on their deck.
It is located at the Osa Peninsula in Costa Rica. It is sunset with the local beer, Imperial.
The Tipsy Nomads: Thanks for sending in the picture. What a perfect spot to enjoy a beer as the sun goes down.
